1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using TRC PRO Ads (the "Service"), operated by Technical Resource Center LLC ("TRC PRO", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

TRC PRO Ads is an online business directory and advertising platform serving Lake Placid, Sebring, and surrounding areas in Florida. We provide:

• Free business listing services
• Professional email hosting through our subsidiary ServiMagico
• QR code generation for business listings
• Premium upgrade options with enhanced features

3. User Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Be the owner or authorized representative of the business being listed
• Have only one active listing per business

4. Free Services

Our free tier includes:

• Basic business listing with contact information
• One business logo/photo
• Professional email address (@servimagico.com)
• Custom QR code

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free services at any time with 30 days notice to active users.

5. Paid Services & Billing

Pricing: Premium plans are available at the following monthly rates:

• Starter: $19/month
• Pro: $49/month
• Enterprise: $199/month

Payment: We accept payment via Zelle. By submitting a Zelle payment confirmation, you authorize us to verify the payment and activate your selected plan.

Billing Cycle: All paid plans are billed monthly. Your plan will automatically renew each month until cancelled.

Activation: Paid plans are typically activated within 24 hours of payment verification.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your paid plan at any time by contacting us at ads@servimagico.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of your initial payment.

Downgrade: Upon cancellation or downgrade, your listing will revert to the free tier. Your listing will remain active, but premium features will be removed.

7. Email Services

Professional email addresses are provided through ServiMagico, a subsidiary of TRC PRO. By accepting a professional email:

• You agree to use the email for legitimate business purposes only
• You will not use the email for spam, phishing, or illegal activities
• Email services are provided "as-is" with reasonable uptime expectations
• We reserve the right to suspend email accounts that violate our policies
• Email storage limits and technical specifications are subject to change

8. Content Guidelines

You agree that your business listing and all uploaded content will:

• Be accurate and truthful
• Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Not contain offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Not contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you upload (logos, images, descriptions). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content as part of the Service.

Our Platform: The TRC PRO Ads platform, design, code, and branding are owned by Technical Resource Center LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TRC PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We do not guarantee specific results or increased business revenue
• We are not responsible for third-party services or links

11. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Experience unexpected downtime due to technical issues
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Use the Service for illegal purposes

Upon termination, your listing and email access will be removed within 7 business days.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via:

• Email notification to your registered email address
• Notice on our website

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
